The 2nd Generation Acura ZDX was introduced for the 2024 model year as Acura's first all-electric production vehicle.
It was co-developed with General Motors and uses GM's Ultium battery technology and BEV3 electric vehicle architecture. The ZDX is closely related to vehicles such as the Cadillac Lyriq and Chevrolet Blazer EV.
Acura offered the ZDX in A-Spec and Type S configurations. The Type S features dual-motor all-wheel drive and approximately 500 horsepower.
The factory ZDX specification includes a Power Lift Tailgate with Hands Free Access, making it important to verify the original electric tailgate configuration before installation.
