Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your automotive upgrades. To ensure 100% compatibility and a seamless installation experience, please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Order Verification & Processing Time
Mandatory Fitment Check: To prevent incorrect orders, all customers must contact our customer service team after placing an order to provide specific vehicle details (Model, Year, and Tailgate Photos) for fitment confirmation.
Standard Models: Once fitment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Custom/Non-Stock Items: For specialized or custom-made kits, the lead time is 5-10 business days before dispatch.

2. Duty-Inclusive Shipping (DDP Service)
We offer professional tax-inclusive (DDP) shipping channels for the following specific regions:
European Union (EU): Approx. 22 days after dispatch. (Excludes UK, Norway, Switzerland).
United States: 10-15 days after dispatch.
Middle East (GCC 5): Approx. 15 days after dispatch (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman).

3. Remote Areas & Island Surcharges
Remote Locations: Certain geographically remote areas or offshore islands (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska, Canary Islands, Réunion, etc.) may incur significantly higher shipping costs.
Additional Fee: For these specific locations, an additional shipping surcharge of $50 - $100 USD may be required.
Notification: Our team will contact you after order placement to provide a payment link for the surcharge. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the surcharge is not fulfilled.

4. Other Regions (Non-DDP)
For all other regions not listed above, we currently do not provide tax-inclusive shipping. Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes according to their national regulations.

5. Global Express Shipping (Fast Track)
Estimated Delivery: 3-8 business days after dispatch.
Note: This service does not include import duties; customers must handle customs clearance locally.

6. Tracking Information
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email for real-time monitoring.

7. Refusal of Delivery & Customs Abandonment
Refusal Due to Duties: If a customer refuses to pay import duties, the carrier may deem the package "unclaimed" or "abandoned."
Package Destruction: Carriers often destroy abandoned automotive parts. We cannot issue any refunds if a package is destroyed/lost because the customer refused to pay local duties.
Return Costs: If a package is successfully returned, original/return shipping fees and restocking fees will be deducted from any potential partial refund.
