OVERVIEW
This website is operated by LiTanglee Motion Tech. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to LiTanglee Motion Tech. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 - VEHICLE COMPATIBILITY & CUSTOMIZATION
Our products (Power Tailgate, Electric Suction Doors, etc.) are vehicle-specific technical components.
- Customization: Most systems are programmed and hardware-adapted for your specific vehicle model.
- Verification: After checkout, you are required to provide accurate vehicle details (Model, Year, and Trunk Photos) via WhatsApp or Email. We will perform a final compatibility check before shipping to ensure a 100% perfect fit.
- Customer Responsibility: If the customer fails to cooperate with the verification process or provides incorrect vehicle information, LiTanglee Motion Tech will not be held responsible for any compatibility issues, installation failures, or shipping costs incurred for incorrect parts.
SECTION 2 - NO-RETURN POLICY FOR CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
IMPORTANT: Due to the customized nature of our products (programmed for specific vehicle VIN/models), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for "change of mind" or non-quality reasons once the order is processed. All sales are final.
SECTION 3 - INSTALLATION & TECHNICAL DISCLAIMER
- Non-Destructive Design: We use OE-style connectors for a plug-and-play experience whenever possible.
- Wiring & Drilling: While most models are 100% plug-and-play, a small number of vehicle models may require manual wiring if the factory wiring interface is not pre-reserved. Minor drilling may also be required if factory mounting holes are not available.
- Professional Installation: We strongly recommend professional installation. LiTanglee Motion Tech is not liable for any labor costs, vehicle electrical damages, or personal injuries resulting from DIY installation attempts.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, PACKAGING & DUTIES
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE worldwide shipping via premium couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS).
- Reinforced Packaging: We use shockproof and waterproof packaging. To date, we maintain a 0% transit damage rate.
- Customs: Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes required by their country's regulations.
SECTION 5 - ALL-WEATHER PERFORMANCE & EXTREME COLD
- Proven Durability: Our systems are designed and tested to withstand harsh winter conditions, similar to those found in Northern Europe and Northeast China.
- Extreme Cold Behavior: The high-quality hydraulic oil and motor components are built for extreme low temperatures. However, in freezing environments, it is normal for the lifting speed to be slightly slower than in summer due to physical properties. This is a characteristic of all power lift systems and does not constitute a product defect.
- Frozen Protection: Please ensure the trunk or doors are not physically encased in thick ice before operation to prevent mechanical strain.
SECTION 6 - WARRANTY & REPLACEMENTS
- Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on core components (ECU, struts, and motors).
- Replacement Process: If a manufacturing defect is suspected, the customer must first cooperate with our technical team for remote diagnosis (via photos/videos).
- Return for Verification: To prevent fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to require the customer to ship the defective parts back to our facility for inspection before a replacement is dispatched.
- Shipping & Fees: Once the defect is confirmed, we will ship the replacement part free of charge via express courier. However, we do not reimburse for any third-party labor costs, garage repair fees, or local vehicle inspection costs under any circumstances.
SECTION 7 - TRADEMARK DISCLAIMER
Vehicle brand names are used for compatibility description only. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturers.
SECTION 8 - DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You agree to contact us first for any issues. Fraudulent chargebacks without prior communication will void all warranties and future support.
