Designed for the Ford Edge L CDX706 from 2023-2027, including selected EcoBoost, Hybrid HEV, Trend and Luxury configurations. This aftermarket upgrade converts the manual tailgate into a powered electric opening and closing system.
Overview
The LiTanglee® Smart Power Tailgate Lift Kit is designed specifically for the Ford Edge L CDX706, providing convenient automatic tailgate opening and closing through a dedicated electric lift system. The kit uses heavy-duty dual electric struts, a dedicated control module and vehicle-specific mounting components.
Built around the large 7-seater Edge L tailgate structure, the system is designed to provide controlled and stable powered movement. Its dual-strut configuration is engineered for the weight and geometry of the Edge L rear tailgate.
Multiple control methods are supported, including the original remote key fob, driver-side dashboard controls and an inner tailgate switch. A hands-free foot kick sensor is also available as an optional add-on.
The source configuration also specifies integration with the vehicle's FNV3 smart electronic architecture and 12V low-voltage HEV system. Exact compatibility should be confirmed according to the vehicle's regional specification and configuration before shipment.
