Actuating the motor under zero-load conditions can deform internal gear linkages. Ensure all shipping clips or protection ties are removed prior to final fitment.
Internal Release Cable Route Inspection: When connecting the inner and outer door handle cable linkages to the new lock assembly, ensure smooth cable routing without tight bends or pinching to guarantee smooth manual opening operation from both inside and outside the vehicle.
