Upgrade your Mazda 6 Estate / Station Wagon (GY) 2002-2008 with a LiTanglee® Smart Power Tailgate Lift Kit designed specifically for the GY wagon tailgate structure. The system adds convenient electric opening and closing while maintaining a clean retrofit appearance.
The system combines a dedicated control module with heavy-duty electric actuators designed around the weight, hinge geometry and operating characteristics of the GY tailgate. This provides smooth and controlled powered movement for the classic Mazda 6 wagon.
Depending on the vehicle configuration, the system can support the factory key fob, cabin button and tailgate handle. An optional foot-kick sensor can also provide hands-free opening where supported.
The integrated motorized vacuum suction latch helps pull the tailgate into the fully closed position, reducing the need to manually push or slam the heavy wagon tailgate and providing a quieter closing experience.
