Return & Refund Policy

At LiTanglee Motion Tech, we specialize in professional, vehicle-specific motion technology. Since our products (such as electric power tailgates and suction doors) are precision-engineered and custom-tailored to specific vehicle configurations, they are classified as customized goods. Therefore, we have established the following policy to ensure technical accuracy and service integrity.

1. NO "Change of Mind" Returns (Final Sale)

Because each kit is custom-built and programmed for a specific vehicle model and chassis version, we do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," "ordered by mistake," or "no longer needed" once the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Customization Clause: Our products lose their resale value once they are matched to your specific vehicle data. All sales are final.
  • Order Cancellation: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters the production and logistics phase and cannot be retracted.

2. Mandatory Vehicle Compatibility Confirmation

To guarantee a 100% perfect fit, we enforce a mandatory verification process:

  • The Confirmation Rule: After placing an order, customers MUST provide the exact vehicle model, production year, and clear photos of the original trunk/tailgate to our support team.
  • Customer Liability: If a customer fails to provide the required data or ignores our confirmation requests, and the product is subsequently found to be incompatible:
    • The customer shall bear full responsibility.
    • No return or refund will be granted.
    • Any exchange requested will incur a 30% restocking fee plus all round-trip shipping costs.
  • Prohibited Selections: Selecting a "similar" or "look-alike" model is strictly prohibited. We are not liable for incompatibility issues arising from such orders.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our engineering. While we do not accept "no-reason" returns, we protect you against defects:

  • Shipping Damage: If the product arrives damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence of the packaging and the item. We will ship replacement parts or a new unit at no extra cost.
  • Functional Issues: If the product does not function as described upon professional installation, our technical team will provide remote diagnostic support. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement unit or component.

4. 1-Year Professional Warranty

All LiTanglee products are backed by a 1-Year Quality Warranty.

  • Coverage: Functional failures caused by manufacturing defects are eligible for free repair or replacement parts within 1 years of the purchase date.
  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or external vehicle damage.
  • Lifetime Support: Our technical team provides lifetime remote assistance for troubleshooting and installation guidance.
