At LiTanglee Motion Tech, we offer a 14-day return policy for our professional vehicle-specific components. To ensure full transparency, all international return shipping fees and initial outbound costs are disclosed below.

1. 14-Day Return Policy

  • Product Condition: Items must be completely unopened, uninstalled, and in their original factory packaging with all seals intact. Opened or partially installed products are not eligible for return.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the international return shipping fees to our designated warehouse.
  • Restocking Fee ($149 USD): To cover the heavy-cargo outbound shipping and handling costs integrated into our prices, a flat fee of $149 USD will be deducted from your final refund for all eligible returns.

2. Order Cancellation & Compatibility

  • Cancellation: Order cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placement.
  • Compatibility: The 14-day return window is only valid if vehicle compatibility is confirmed before shipment. Customers must provide exact vehicle model and photos upon request.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Transit Damage: Please report any shipping damage with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
  • Functional Issues: If a manufacturing issue occurs after professional installation, we will provide remote technical support and necessary replacement parts.

4. 1-Year Quality Warranty

  • Warranty Coverage: All products include a 1-Year Warranty covering functional failures from manufacturing defects.
  • Mandatory Video Proof & Verification: To claim warranty parts, customers must provide clear video diagnostics demonstrating the functional failure. The video must explicitly showcase our factory-issued product batch codes, serial numbers, or unique markings to confirm the item was purchased directly from LiTanglee.
  • Physical Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect the single defective component (such as the control box or motor) prior to authorizing free warranty replacement parts.
